Pedagogically strong Head Coach for our Men’s A-Team in Luxembourg’s Nationale 2, a highly motivated but exceptionally young squad composed entirely of our homegrown Cadets and U18 players.
Because they have played together since the age of eight, these fighters possess a decade of chemistry and deep-rooted passion, but they now face an uphill battle matching up against seasoned semi-professional athletes and physically dominant import (“non-JICL”) players.
We need a leader who can fast-track their technical skills while building the mental resilience required to weather tough matchups, keeping their morale high and turning every developmental loss into a psychological win.
If you have the passion, emotional intelligence, and strategic vision to mentor these dedicated young athletes through a challenging but rewarding senior transition, please apply immediately by sending your coaching CV and philosophy to blackstarmersch@gmail.
